and empower child care providers with up to date knowledge and teaching tools.
In partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and community agencies, Metropolitan State University's Early Childhood Assessment Program (ECAP) provides experiential learning assessments and educational pathways to enhance Minnesota's early childhood industry. Eager-to-Learn is an online learning program designed to provide quality, affordable, educational opportunities for people who care for children. Classes can be used to fulfill training requirements, meet credential requirements (like the CDA credential) and in some cases can lead to college credit.
