Director/Owner

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Been in your current child care center for at least 6 months
  • Be accepted into a Minnesota college that offers a degree in Child Development or Early Childhood.
  • Work directly with children at least 15 hours per week in a year round program

Child Care Center Staff

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Been in your current child care center for at least 6 months
  • Be accepted into a Minnesota college that offers a degree in Child Development or Early Childhood.
  • Work directly with children at least 15 hours per week in a year round program

Family Child Care Provider

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have a current family child care license
  • Been working under your current child care license for at least 6 months
  • Be accepted into a Minnesota college that offers a degree in Child Development or Early Childhood.
  • Work directly with children at least 15 hours per week in a year round program
