(Family Child Care Provider Scholarship)

T.E.A.C.H. ® MINNESOTA

Complete the requirements to obtain your CDA or renewal CDA

Submit a copy of your cda certificate

Pay 15% of the assessment or renewal fee

After completing a contract you must continue working at least ONE additional year in your current position

pays 85% of the assessment or renewal fee

Awards a bonus when contract has been completed

provide on going counseling and administrative support for the program

Guarantee either a bonus or raise at the end of the contract
